Hi, I'm Becca!

 

Back in 2015, while juggling the craziness of my nursing career, I hit a point where I felt completely drained—stressed, exhausted, and overwhelmed. My mind was running the show, and I was just trying to keep up. In 2017, before I even knew I had ADHD, I started my coaching business to help others manage their stress and find balance. Then, in 2019, I learned I had ADHD, and suddenly, everything made sense. It wasn’t just me. Turns out, a lot of my coaching clients were also dealing with ADHD challenges, most of them without even knowing it.

 

From Burnout to Breakthrough

That discovery changed everything about how I coach. With my nursing background and certifications in NLP, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and more, I built a coaching business that helps people with emotional regulation, mastering their nervous system, and getting out of their own way. Since then, I’ve helped over 100 clients break through their biggest challenges and grow their businesses without burning out. Today, I run a multi-six-figure business that’s still growing strong—all while being a mom to two kids under 8!

 

Taking It to the Next Level

For the past two years, I’ve also been a professional ADHD coach for a game-changing startup—the only company in the B2B space offering ADHD services like we do. I work with everyone from entrepreneurs to corporate execs, helping them with the same emotional regulation and ADHD strategies I use in my own business. This unique role has taken my impact to a whole new level, making me an expert in both the business and corporate worlds.
